I’m feeling really good - back to real life after my trip and really diving into my business. I get so many questions about my daily practice. The way you set up your morning is SO important and I always ask my guests what their daily practice is and now I’m sharing mine with you!
My exact daily practice takes around 2 hours. It fluctuates a bit, but there are definitely a lot of non-negotiable items on this list! And I know so many people that are going to say they don’t have the time to do this in the morning, but let me tell you those are the people that need it the most!
